USA RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or
exchange your item within 30 days of purchase—free of charge.
Return & Exchange Policy:


● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and
packaging intact.
● Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within two weeks
after your return arrives at our warehouse. Banks may take up to 10 additional days to
post the refund.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
● Returns after 30 days will not be accepted and will not be shipped back to the customer.
● Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
● Sale items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
Swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
● Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.


What is Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:


● Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
● Products without original tags or packaging.
Final sale merchandise.
Swimwear and underwear.
● Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and will not be shipped back to the customer.
● Discounted items returned after 14 days.
● Purchases made through third-party retailers (must be returned to the original seller).


How to Return or Exchange:


1. Request a prepaid UPS Ground return label by contacting us at
orders@st33lebrand.com.
2. Pack your item securely and attach the return label.
3. Drop it off at a UPS location.
4. We’ll process your return/exchange once received.
Additional Notes:
● Online orders cannot be returned in retail stores.
● Third-party retailer purchases must be returned through the original seller.
