How do I contact customer service?


We’re here to help! If you have any questions or concerns about your order, email our
Customer Support team at orders@st33lebrand.com. We’ll do our best to respond as quickly
as possible.

How long does it take to receive my package?


Standard Shipping

● Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days via UPS/USPS Ground (within the
continental USA).
● Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
● Orders placed after 3 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped the next
business day.
● We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.


Expedited 2-Day Shipping

● Estimated delivery time: 2 business days via UPS (continental USA).
● Processing time: 1-2 business days.


Overnight Shipping

● Estimated delivery time: 1 business day via UPS Next Business Day (continental
USA).
● Orders placed before 11 AM EST are prioritized for same-day processing.
● Weekend delivery is not available.


International Shipping

We currently offer Standard UPS shipping to Canada. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. 

Do you offer free shipping?


Yes! We offer free UPS/USPS Standard Ground shipping on orders of $50 or more (before
taxes and shipping) within the continental USA. Delivery takes 5-7 business days.
For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $8 for USPS Standard Ground shipping.

How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Need to update your shipping address? Contact the shipping carrier directly once you receive your tracking number.

Can I make changes to my order?


Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the quantity, size, or shipping method. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before processing. Email our Customer Support team at orders@st33lebrand.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:
● Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
● Digital Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to the following states: District of Columbia, Florida,
Georgia, Illinois, New York, Ohio, and Virginia. Tax will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.


Return & Exchange Conditions:

● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hangtags attached
and packaging intact.
● Final sale, swimwear, and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
● Sale items are returnable or exchangeable within 14 days.
● Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded or sent back to the customer.
Exchanges
● If you need a different size, color, or style, return your item within 30 days and we’ll
send out a replacement.
● All exchanged items must meet the same return conditions above.

How long does it take to process a return?


● Refunds are processed within two weeks of your item arriving at our warehouse.
● Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
● Banks may take up to 10 additional days to post the refund.
● You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.


Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
